I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and trained with the International Institute of Reflexology, the only school licensed to teach the Original Ingham Method of Reflexology. I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

I strongly believe that everyone can receive benefit from taking a holistic approach to their own health and well being. Conventional medicine certainly plays a key role in our modern day society but have you ever wondered how many medical conditions, illnesses, aches and pains could be improved, or even prevented, if only we would listen yo our bodies needs and take greater care of ourselves? Nourishing our bodies with healthy food, taking regular exercise, managing stress levels and learning to relax and enjoy life all have a profound effect on our well being and happiness.

As a Reflexologist it is my purpose to work with you to help ease the stresses of modern life. Alongside providing a wonderfully relaxing treatment the session will also help you to focus on your own health and lifestyle choices and guide you in making a few simple changes which will have a beneficial impact on your life.

I work from my peaceful home treatment room in Campsall, Doncaster, offer a local mobile service and a Corporate Reflexology services to businesses throughout Yorkshire.
